1. Foreign nationals and visitors from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan

During registration, select the corresponding document type (Passport / Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents/Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents) and accurately fill in the document number.

Upon entry, present the original ID from pre-registration at the on-site “Overseas Visitor Channel” service desk to print the ID and scan the QR code to enter. Copies of ID cards or electronic ID photos cannot be used for original verification.

2. Underage audience

Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian to enter, who must complete online pre-registration in advance for themselves and accompanying minors; Minors must sign a commitment letter at the on-site service desk before entering. Guardians must swipe their ID to enter.

3. Visitors with other valid identification

Visitors holding valid documents such as passports, Hong Kong and Macau Residents’ Mainland Travel Permits, Taiwan Residents’ Mainland Travel Permits, Officer Cards, Armed Police Officer Cards, or Soldier Cards can select the “Other Documents” type during registration and fill in the ID number. Bring the original ID to the venue, print it at the on-site service desk, and scan the code to enter.

4. Team audience

Groups of 5 or more from enterprises, associations, government agencies, schools, etc., may apply for group visitor registration. The team leader must submit the group visitor application (including name, ID number, contact number, etc.) through the group registration channel. After review, the organizing committee staff will contact you.

5. Media reporters

Media reporters should not register through this article link. Specific registration channels and review requirements will be announced separately on the [Low-Altitude Expo] WeChat public account.

6. Add companions

Each pre-registered visitor may add companions, and their information must be true and valid. The invitation link or poster generated by the main registrant can be shared with designated visitors to complete the information filling out. Companions and main registrants enjoy the same rights as pre-registered visitors.

1. Entry Voucher Requirements:All attendees must bring the original valid ID used for registration. Entry will be verified with the original ID used for registration. Inconsistent identification will result in ineligibility.

2. Pay attention to official announcements:After successful registration, please pay attention to notifications via SMS or email. Important information such as event changes and entry reminders related to the exhibition will be sent through these channels.

3. Prohibited items:It is strictly forbidden to carry any types of aircraft (dronesRemote control aircraft, signal jamming equipment, flammable and explosive materials, controlled knives, pets (except guide dogs), and large luggage are allowed to enter the exhibition hall.

4. On-site Order Requirements:Please comply with all exhibition hall regulations, follow staff instructions, and watch over personal belongings and children; Do not cross the cordon line in the flight demonstration area, and do not disturb others or the normal order of the exhibition when taking photos or videos.

5. Forum Activity Guidelines:Some high-end professional forums and closed-door seminars during the exhibition period require separate admission tickets. Registration methods can be found on the official WeChat public account for articles.

The 2026 International Low Altitude Economy Expo is jointly organized by the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), Donghao Lansheng Group, and Shanghai Guozhan Group. It is an international professional expo centered on the emerging pillar industry of the low-altitude economy.

The 2026 cohort, themed “Harnessing the New Trend in Low-Altitude Space, Opening a New Chapter in the Economy,” is based on the themeLow-altitude industryPractical application scenarios promote the integration and symbiosis of the industrial chain, application chain, and ecosystem chain; Using safety as an entry point, it showcases the latest achievements and directions in the low-altitude economy sector. The exhibits cover the low-altitude economy across the infrastructure and manufacturing and supporting services industry chain, as well as transportation, urban-rural management, commercial integration applications, and personal consumption application chains.

The International Low-Altitude Expo focuses on the development needs of low-altitude enterprises, promoting industrial development, expanding application scenarios, and fostering ecosystem integration through themed exhibitions, professional forums, demonstrations, experiences, and matchmaking activities. It provides a platform for exhibitors and visitors in low-altitude economic management, research, production, service, and application fields to showcase and communicate.

Step 1: Account registration

After entering the registration page, it is recommended to click “Mobile Number Authorized Login” to complete registration with one click; You can also manually enter your phone number/email to obtain a verification code for login. Registered users will go directly to the information filling page.

Step 2: Fill in the information

Supports entry using ID card, passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, etc.; According to relevant departments, this exhibition implements a [real-name reservation system], and you must fill in your true information. If your name does not match your ID card, you will not be able to submit it. If you have an inviting unit or a visitor group, please fill in the full name.

Step 3: Fill out the questionnaire and confirm submission

Fill out the survey questionnaire. July 22~23 is for Professional Visitor Day, and July 24~25 is for Public Visit; After selecting the date, entry time will not be restricted; it will only be used for the organizing committee’s budgeted visitor flow. After confirming the information is correct, click “Submit.”

After successful registration, your mobile phone or email will receive a [confirmation SMS/email]. You can click the link in the SMS/email, log in, and view your registration information and companion details in the personal center.

Step 5: Fill in or invite companions

After successful registration, you can add companions on the end page, allowing multiple additions. You can also generate QR code posters and forward them to companions to fill them out themselves.
